Standard return information
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date accompanied by the original sales receipt, or may be returned exclusively to our online store for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition.
A refund may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase.
To exchange a Bagghy product, please follow the instructions below:

• The product should be returned in its original packaging and condition.
– Remove any outer labels prior to affixing the UPS return label and securely seal your package before dropping it off at any UPS store or UPS pick-up location.
Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order via the shipping confirmation email.
Signature Required: Due to the value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments.
Standard Delivery: Standard delivery orders should arrive in 3 – 5 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. Orders will be shipped using FEDEX Ground. If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday. For made to order items, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Bagghy Miami LLC is not responsible for delays that are unforeseeable and/or attributable exclusively to the Courier.
Delivery can be subjected to delays during bank holidays and/or festivity; the courier do not take care of delivery on 25th – 26th December; 1st January and on the week-ends.

How can I find the product I am looking for?
Starting from the Home Page , there are different ways of finding the product you would like to purchase:
- from the menu window chose “collection” and then click on the list of style references on the left of the page
- if you would like to find a specific item, write on the searching-box the item you are looking for and you will see the list of product connected to the key-work you wrote.
How can I purchase the item selected?
Click on the item you would like to purchase; then you will see all the details and detailed information about the product and you can chose the product’s features (size, leather colour, etc) and finalize the order by clicking ‘Add to cart’; check in your cart and proceed to checkout, then choose how to pay paypal or credit card, remember to clicking ‘accept terms & conditions’.
